# Atlantic > Atlantic turns customer-reported problems into tested pull requests your team only has to review. ## What Atlantic is Atlantic reads your tickets, support desk and code, finds the real cause, writes the fix and proves it in a real browser. Your engineers review a pull request instead of chasing a bug. Atlantic does the hunting, confirming and proving. Your team does the deciding. ### Who it helps - **CEO: Your roadmap stops paying for bugs.** Customer escalations stop pulling engineers off planned work. You get a predictable price per pull request and a number you can show your board: problems fixed and merged, not AI seats bought. - **Engineering: You keep the merge button.** Atlantic works only in repositories you choose, opens pull requests and never pushes to your default branch. Every pull request arrives with a thesis, evidence and a browser test on video. - **Product: Sprint capacity goes back to the roadmap.** Bugs stop competing with features for the same engineers. Atlantic picks up problems sitting in the backlog and turns them into pull requests your team reviews. - **Support: Complaints turn into fixes.** When customers report the same problem, Atlantic links their tickets to the code that causes it and opens a tested fix for review. Contact: hello@getatlantic.ai. ## How a run works About a minute after a ticket lands, Atlantic starts. 1. **Signal.** A ticket, a support thread or an error lands. Nobody has to assign it. 2. **Three finders, one judge.** Three agents read your backlog, support desk and repository, each without seeing the others. A judge links what they found into one problem and writes a thesis. 3. **Confirm.** Atlantic re-reads your code at HEAD to make sure the problem still exists. 4. **Fix.** It writes the patch on its own branch, inside the repositories you chose. 5. **Prove.** It boots your branch on a fresh machine, and a browser agent clicks through the change for up to 40 steps, on video. 6. **Review.** A second model reviews the diff. Blockers go back for another fix cycle, up to two. 7. **Pull request.** The pull request opens last, with the thesis, evidence, QA verdict and video. Your reviewers are requested. You merge. Atlantic watches the backlog (Linear, Jira, GitHub Issues), the support desk (HubSpot today) and the repository. Slack, Sentry and PostHog add evidence. Atlantic never pushes to your default branch. Auto-merge stays off unless you turn it on for repositories you name. Details: https://getatlantic.ai/platform ## Pricing Pay for pull requests, not tokens. Every plan includes model and compute costs. A credit is used only when Atlantic opens a pull request. Failed and cancelled runs are free. - **Solo.** $29 per month, one user, or $290 per year billed upfront. Launch price. 2 PR credits every month. Up to 10 runs a month. Low and Medium model tiers. Browser QA and agent review. $19 per extra PR credit, up to 3 a month. - **Team.** $1,499 per month, per workspace, or $14,990 per year billed upfront. Most popular. Launch price. 60 PR credits every month. High model tier. 5 concurrent runs. Browser QA and agent review. $19 per extra PR credit. - **Scale.** $3,499 per month, per workspace, or $34,990 per year billed upfront. Launch price. 200 PR credits every month. Every model tier, including Max. 15 concurrent runs. SSO and SLA. Browser QA and agent review. $19 per extra PR credit. - **Enterprise.** From $60k per year, annual contract. Your own model account: Bedrock, Azure, or Vertex. On-prem or VPC deployment. SSO, SLA, and audit log. Custom credit volume. Annual billing is paid upfront at 12 months for the price of 10. Extra credits cost $19 each. Plans, credit table and billing questions: https://getatlantic.ai/pricing ## Security and data handling - **Repository scope.** Atlantic can change only repositories in both your GitHub App install and your own selection. A run can include up to 5 repositories. - **Pull requests only.** Atlantic writes only to GitHub. Atlantic never pushes to your default branch. Auto-merge stays off unless you turn it on for repositories you name. - **Secrets.** Secrets are encrypted per organization with AES-256-GCM, injected when a preview boots, and never written to your repository. Secret-shaped literals are blocked. - **Previews.** Previews stop after 6 hours idle. Previews expire within 7 days. Previews are destroyed when the pull request closes. - **Isolation.** Each organization gets its own preview worker, and a worker is never shared. Processing uses rootless Docker. Tests run with networking off. - **Where code is processed.** Atlantic's workers and evidence storage run on AWS in us-east-1. Model calls go through Amazon Bedrock, which can use AWS cross-region inference, so a request may be served in another AWS region. Atlantic does not claim EU-only or US-only processing. - **Models and training.** Atlantic uses Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT models through Amazon Bedrock. Amazon Bedrock does not train on prompts or completions. Atlantic does not train or fine-tune models. - **Evidence.** Every external call a run makes is logged with source, status and time. Each provider is marked live or mocked, and a production run refuses mocks. - **Diff guardrail.** Every diff is checked against a 2,500 changed-line budget by default. The diff guardrail rejects binary changes. The diff guardrail includes a repository-mismatch check. - **Retention.** QA recordings are stored in Amazon S3 and deleted after 180 days. - **Compliance.** Atlantic AI Inc. holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation. Atlantic AI Inc. is GDPR compliant at the company level. Atlantic starts from the tickets and support threads your team has already filed, and chooses the work itself. It proves the fix before the pull request opens: it boots the branch on a fresh machine, drives a browser through the change, and has a second model review the diff. The pull request opens last, with the thesis, evidence, QA verdict and video, and reviewers are requested. ### Can Atlantic merge on its own? Only if you turn on auto-merge for repositories you name. It is off by default, and Atlantic never pushes to your default branch. ### Which repositories can it touch? Atlantic can change only repositories in both your GitHub App install and your own selection. A run can include up to 5 repositories. ### How does Atlantic decide what to work on? Three finders read your backlog, support desk and repository in parallel. A judge links their findings into one problem and writes a thesis, about a minute after a ticket is filed. ### How do I know the change actually works? Atlantic boots the branch on a fresh, isolated preview machine and checks its health. A browser agent drives the change for up to 40 steps, recorded on video. A second model reviews the diff. Blockers go back through up to 2 fix cycles. ### Will it flood us with pull requests? It opens one pull request per validated problem, only after browser QA and an agent review, and every diff is checked against a 2,500 changed-line budget by default. Concurrent runs are capped by plan. ### How is it billed? You pay per pull request, not per token: model tokens and preview compute are included. Solo is $29 a month with 2 PR credits, Team $1,499 with 60, Scale $3,499 with 200. Annual billing is paid upfront at 12 months for the price of 10. A credit is used only when Atlantic opens a pull request. Extra credits cost $19 each. Failed and cancelled runs are free. Enterprise starts at $60k a year. ### What does Atlantic need to run our app? It boots your branch on a fresh machine from a factory.deploy.yml file that describes how to build and start your stack. ### What happens to secrets and previews? Secrets are encrypted per organization with AES-256-GCM, injected when a preview boots, and never written to your repository. Previews stop after 6 hours idle. Previews expire within 7 days. Previews are destroyed when the pull request closes. ## Key links - [Atlantic](https://getatlantic.ai): the homepage. - [Pricing](https://getatlantic.ai/pricing): plans, credits and billing. - [Security](https://getatlantic.ai/security): where code runs, which models see it and how long it is kept. - [Book a live run](https://getatlantic.ai/demo): book a live run with the team. - [Try it on your repo](https://app.getatlantic.ai): open the app and try it on one repository. - [Compare](https://getatlantic.ai/compare): Atlantic next to other coding agents, with the vendor page behind every row. - [Sitemap](https://getatlantic.ai/sitemap.xml): every public page. - [Full text of the site](https://getatlantic.ai/llms-full.txt): all pages as one Markdown file.
